The National Insurance Authority had a Follow-up Meeting with the Berbera Corridor Committee and the Insurance Companies.

On 28 July 2021, the National Insurance Authority held in their office in Hargeisa a meeting about motor insurance on the Berbera-Wajale corridor. The meeting was attended by the local insurance companies operating in the country.

The objective of this meeting was the Somaliland and Ethiopia agreement preparation.

Comesa Yellow Card was thoroughly discussed in the meeting. The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) is a regional Integration grouping of 20 African Sovereign States.
